6. In the process of processing, make the materials as well as possible, so as not to mix the metal foreign material into the material, and reduce the torque force of the screw barrel.
Notes for installation of screw of injection molding machine:
1. Apply the high temperature anti-corrosion cream to the screw thread and the surface of the screw head to prevent it from being unscrewed.
2. Confirmation of screw type.
3. Install the screw head to confirm that the end face of the stop ring is anastomosed with the end face of the screw.
4. Pay attention to the backside ring when loading the screw into the feeding tube, and push it gently with the hand to prevent the ring from hanging to the end of the cylinder.
5. Note that the screw head is tightened in a counter-clockwise direction.(anti - rib)
6. The screw must be a high quality bolt at the strength level of 12.9, and the screw thread surface shall be coated with high temperature anti-corrosion cream.
7. The front flange and material cylinder screw must be tightened evenly.
8. The cooling system of screw cylinder of injection molding machine should be cleaned and cleared.Pay attention to the proper use of the raw material belt and wrap it in the process screw.
9. Install the injection molding machine screw cylinder inlet and outlet water joint and water test pressure, 0.8mpa pressure does not leak.
10. Precautions for installation of heating ring: the core is not bare, the plastic skin is not pressed tightly, and the screws are tightened.
11. It is better for two people to cooperate with the disassembly operation of the screw barrel assembly of the injection molding machine, so as to ensure the safety of each other.
The reasons for the failure of extruder screw:
1. If it is not for the death of the material, but because the material is not clean and solidified, you can keep the heating ring of the cylinder for a period of time, and then look at it.
2. If not, you can separate the bolts between the gearbox and the cylinder and separate the cylinder and the screw from the gearbox.Add welding force seat on the cylinder, then use hydraulic jack to help.
