Daily maintenance of screw barrel:
1. Do not start the machine when the screw barrel does not reach the preset temperature.
2. Prevent metal debris and debris from falling into the hopper. If the material is processed, magnetic hopper should be added to prevent iron filings from entering the feeding tube.
3. Make sure that the plastic inside of the material tube is completely melted when using the saliva, so as not to damage the parts of the transmission system when the screw is back.
4. When using the new plastic, the remaining material should be cleaned.
5. When the melting plastic temperature is normal, it is found that when the molten plastic appears black or discoloured, the conch should be checked.
6. In the process of processing, make the materials as well as possible, so as not to mix the metal foreign material into the material, and reduce the torque force of the screw barrel.
注塑螺杆是长时间在高温、高压、高的机械扭力及高的磨擦环境下进行工作的。前几个因素是工艺条件所需,而磨擦造成的损耗则不可避免。一般螺杆都进行过表面氮化处理,以提高表面硬度,亦即提高抗磨损能力。但是如果忽略了引起磨损的原因,不设法将磨损尽量降低,必然会大大降低螺杆的使用寿命。
引起螺杆磨损的原因及减低磨损的方法:
1、每种塑料,都有一个理想塑化的加工温度范围,应该控制料筒加工温度,使之接近这个温度范围。粒状塑料从料斗进入料筒,首先会到达加料段,在加料段必然会出现干性磨擦,当这些塑料受热不足,熔融不均时,很易造成料筒内壁及螺杆表面磨损增大。同样,在压缩段和均化段,如果塑料的熔融状态紊乱不均,也会造成磨损增大。
2、转速应调校得当。由于部分塑料加有强化剂,如玻璃纤维、矿物质或其他填充料。这些物质对金属材质的磨擦力往往比熔融塑料的大得多。在注塑这些塑料时,如果用高的转速成,则在提高对塑料的剪切力的同时,亦将令强化相应地产生更多被撕碎的纤维,被撕碎的纤维含有锋利末端,令磨损力大为增加。无机矿物质在金属表面高速滑行时,其刮削作用也不小。所以转速不宜调得太高。
3、要检除塑料中的杂物。一般而言,原装购入的新鲜塑料并没有什么杂物,但经过运输,称重、干燥、混色、尤其是添加再生回头料,就有可能混有杂物。小如金属屑末,大如发热圈螺母回形针,甚至成串的仓库钥匙,混入进入料筒都曾有发生过,这对螺杆的损坏是不言而喻的了(料筒当然也会同时损坏),因此必须安装磁铁架,严格投料的管理和监控。
4、塑料中所含水分,对螺杆表面的磨损有一定影响。若塑料在注塑前未有将水分全部排除,残留的水分进入螺杆压缩段时,便形成前熔混在熔融塑料中的带高温压的“蒸汽粒子”,随着注射料过程螺杆的推进,从均化段直至螺杆头部,这些“蒸汽粒子”,在射料进程中卸压膨胀,有如一颗颗微细的杂质硬粒,对壁面产生磨擦破坏作用。此外,对某些种类的塑料,在高温高压下,水分可能会变成促使塑料裂解的催化剂,产生能侵蚀金属表面的有害杂质。因此,塑料注塑前的烘干工作,不单对制件质量有直接关系,而且也影响到螺杆的工作寿命。
Notes for installation of screw of injection molding machine:

6. The screw must be a high quality bolt at the strength level of 12.9, and the screw thread surface shall be coated with high temperature anti-corrosion cream.
7. The front flange and material cylinder screw must be tightened evenly.
8. The cooling system of screw cylinder of injection molding machine should be cleaned and cleared.Pay attention to the proper use of the raw material belt and wrap it in the process screw.
9. Install the injection molding machine screw cylinder inlet and outlet water joint and water test pressure, 0.8mpa pressure does not leak.
10. Precautions for installation of heating ring: the core is not bare, the plastic skin is not pressed tightly, and the screws are tightened.
11. It is better for two people to cooperate with the disassembly operation of the screw barrel assembly of the injection molding machine, so as to ensure the safety of each other.
The reasons for the failure of extruder screw:
1. If it is not for the death of the material, but because the material is not clean and solidified, you can keep the heating ring of the cylinder for a period of time, and then look at it.
2. If not, you can separate the bolts between the gearbox and the cylinder and separate the cylinder and the screw from the gearbox.Add welding force seat on the cylinder, then use hydraulic jack to help.
3. If not, we can only find the screw manufacturer, put the screw barrel in the nitrification furnace, and heat the raw material into ashes.The screw will come out.
4, if it is to put the screw in hard object card died, after the third scheme can't separate, so basic can declare to replace the screw barrel, because this case even forced out, painfully screw barrel will be as a result of the movement of hard, cause damage on the surface, the impact on the future production.
